Over the last few years, Thyme restaurant, located within the Spencer on Byron Hotel in Takapuna, has become synonymous with high quality cuisine and a refined atmosphere. This tradition continues under the guidance of Kitchen Manager Greg Nees and Chef de Cuisine Simon Kirikau.
